Rachel Pierre-Champagne
Founder and CEO

Rachel is a success-driven visionary with a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector and global development community. She spear-heads socially-driven start-ups to promote sustainable development through continued growth of partnerships, transference and exchange of ideas, and capacity building of marginalized communities for a better Haiti. An agent for change, Rachel delivers quality initiatives through start-ups and programs focused on empowering marginalized communities in emergency and/or post-conflict settings.

Frantz Jean
PR & Marketing
Specialist

Frantz brings a whole different PR & Marketing experience like no other in his generation. He possess talent in marketing, communication and crisis management.  Frantz has what it takes to tailor messaging, images, and branding for IFC's clients to build, grow  or repair its clients positive reputation and emotional connection with its audience and partners.

Marie Pascal Verly
Knowledge & Insight  Specialist

Pascale is mission-focused, passionate, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience in scaling organizations, leading  teams, and developing modules and cultural practices to inculcate an entrepreneurial performance mindset amongst  diverse groups and talented individuals.  Knowing the success of a business is underpinned by  research, evidence, and data, she enables Innovators for Change to deliver measurable and cost-effective results to help clients reach their project objectives.

Vander-Bourse Dathus
Finance Insight Specialist

Dathus does "not" divorce the face from the numbers. Instead,  he is capable of customizing IFC's Development Methodology Assessment Platform (DMAP) to design instruments to perform audits, project analysis, mappings, and to build simplified technical models to strengthen adult financial education and community development to anticipate, adjust, and take advantage of change as it relates to local socio-economic conditions.
